Today may be the day that the UK cars arrive in the Thames Estuary.
Our ship the Sofia Celeste is steaming, if that is the right expression, at 11 knots towards London Gateway and is due to dock at 14:00 today the 13th May.
It may be a while before the cars are cleared through customs and we have a date when we may be able to pick up our cars. We will let you know as soon as we hear.
The Continental cars may or may not have landed in Rotterdam yesterday!
It seems that there are two ports in Rotterdam and although the Maersk Luz has been into Rotterdam Maasvlakte, it is now destined for Rotterdam itself but not due in until the 17th May.
So we will await news from GPS Global and stay patient, as well as “Stay safe”.
